1.Construction Instructions for Turf Adhesion
1.1 Thoroughly clean the turf base and interfacing cloth that require bonding, ensuring a pristine, dry surface free from moisture.
1.2 Opt for an ambient temperature above 5°C, and avoid construction during rainy or mildew-prone weather to prevent prolonged bonding times or potential non-adhesion.

2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to ensure an even coating thickness on the surface; avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply the glue evenly on both surfaces to be bonded, controlling the glue thickness and speed meticulously.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on the actual temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Allow 10 to 30 minutes for gelatinization, ensuring the glue reaches eight to nine parts dry yet non-sticky upon touch. Align and bond once without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris and use a special rubber hammer to apply pressure from the bonding point outward, ensuring a compact and robust adhesion.
2.4 Curing Time: Typical curing spans three days, with ultimate strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect the bond from exposure, flooding, and movement to secure optimal adhesion.
2.5 Avoid adding quartz sand and rubber particles post-bonding to ensure integrity.
