1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 It is essential to meticulously clean the base of the turf and the interface cloth before bonding, ensuring that all surfaces are dry and free of any moisture.
1.2 Choose a favorable ambient temperature above 5°C for the best results, and avoid construction during rainy or damp weather to prevent prolonged bonding times or adhesion failures.

2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to ensure an even thickness of the glue coating on the surface. Avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbles or detachment. For the base cloth, apply glue with precision, maintaining the right speed and thickness, and cover both bonding surfaces evenly.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10-30 minutes, when the glue is 80-90% dry and tack-free, align the adhesive correctly on the first try, as repositioning is not allowed.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear all debris and use a special rubber hammer from the center outwards to ensure a compact, firm bond across the surface.
2.4 Curing Process: Generally, allow three days for initial curing and ten days for full strength. During this period, protect the area from sunlight, moisture, and movement for optimal adhesion.
2.5 Avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles after the initial adhesion process.
