1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Thoroughly cleanse and dry the turf base and interface cloth to ensure they are devoid of any moisture or residue, ready for an impeccable bond.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal adhesion results. Avoid proceeding with construction during rainy or humid conditions as it may prolong bonding time or prevent adhesion altogether.

2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Employ a glue applicator to achieve uniform coating thickness. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Ensure precise glue thickness on the base cloth and maintain consistent speed. Apply glue on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Tailor the drying time according to prevailing temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for optimal glue setting until tack-free. During bonding, ensure precise alignment as repositioning is inadvisable.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to ensure full surface contact and enhance bond strength from the center outward.
2.4 Curing Process: Set aside three days for initial curing and ten days for full strength. During this period, protect from exposure, moisture, and movement to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5 Post-Bonding Care: Refrain from applying quartz sand or rubber particles immediately after bonding to maintain integrity.
