1.Construction Instructions for Turf Adhesion
1.1 Ensure a pristine start by thoroughly cleaning the base of the turf and the interface cloth where adhesion will occur. It's vital that these surfaces are dry and free from any moisture to guarantee optimal results.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for your installation. Avoid proceeding in rainy or damp weather, as this can significantly prolong bonding time and may even prevent proper adhesion.

2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to achieve a uniform layer of adhesive, ensuring not to reapply on the same spot to prevent bubbling or detachment. Carefully control the glue thickness, apply at an appropriate speed, and cover both surfaces intended for bonding.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to become mostly dry. At 80-90% dryness, the adhesive should feel tack-free. Align precisely on the first attempt, as repositioning is not recommended.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post bonding, clear away any debris from the surface. Use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding point outward, ensuring complete contact and secure bonding.
2.4 Curing Period: Allow three days for initial curing, with full strength achieved in ten days. During this time, safeguard the area from exposure, moisture, and movement to attain peak adhesion.
2.5 Avoid applying quartz sand and rubber particles post-bonding.
