1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning both the base of the turf and the interface cloth that will be bonded. Ensure that each surface is impeccably dry and free from moisture to guarantee optimal adhesion.
1.2 Choose a construction time with an ambient temperature above 5°C. Avoid conducting installation during rainy or mildew-prone weather, as these conditions can significantly prolong bonding time or even result in adhesion failure.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue Application: Use a precise glue applicator to ensure a uniform coating thickness. Avoid multiple applications of glue on the same area to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply the glue evenly on the bottom cloth and control its thickness carefully, paying close attention to the speed of application for both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, the glue achieves optimal dryness with a non-tacky finish. During bonding, ensure an exact alignment with a single motion; do not reposition once contact is made.
2.3. Pressure Application: After bonding, clear away surface debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the center outwards. This action ensures full contact and a robust bond that is stable and secure.
2.4. Curing Process: Allow three days for basic curing, with full strength reached in about ten days. During this period, maintain the installation by protecting it from exposure, flooding, and unnecessary movement to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5. Note: Avoid applying quartz sand and rubber particles immediately after bonding to prevent disruption of the adhesive integrity.
