1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning the turf bottom and interface cloth to be bonded, ensuring a pristine, dry, and moisture-free surface for optimal adhesion.
1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C for installation. Avoid rainy or mildew-prone conditions as they may prolong bonding time or prevent adherence altogether.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue Application: Use a glue applicator for a uniformly thick coating on the surfaces. Avoid repeated application to prevent bubbling or detachment. Control glue thickness on the bottom cloth, ensuring consistent speed and apply to both bonding surfaces.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes, the adhesive is 80-90% dry and non-tacky. Align precisely during bonding; do not reposition after initial contact.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer, moving from the bonding site outward, to ensure a compact and secure adhesion.
2.4 Curing Process: The adhesive generally cures in three days with full strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect from exposure, moisture, and movement to attain superior adhesion.
2.5 Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles are present after bonding to maintain the integrity of the adhesion.
