1.1 It is essential to ensure that the turf bottom and interface cloth slated for bonding are impeccably clean and free of any debris. The surfaces must be completely dry and devoid of moisture.
1.2 Select ambient temperatures above 5°C as your construction window, avoiding any rainy or humid conditions that could prolong bonding time or cause adhesion issues.

2. Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize the glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness across the surface. Avoid reapplying glue, as this can lead to bubbling or detachment. Apply glue to both bonding surfaces with precise control over thickness and speed.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Generally, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to partially dry. The adhesive should feel tack-free before aligning and pressing the surfaces together in one swift, final position.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear debris from the surface. Use a specialized rubber hammer, beginning at the bonding line and working outward, to ensure complete contact and secure adhesion.
2.4 Curing Process: Expect a curing time of approximately three days, reaching optimal strength in ten days. During this period, maintain the area by avoiding exposure to elements or movement to ensure the best adhesion results.
2.5 Note: Do not apply quartz sand or rubber particles post-bonding.
