1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C for your project. Avoid constructing in rainy or damp conditions, as these can prolong bonding time or even lead to bonding failures.

2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator for uniform thickness across the surface. Avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply a consistent layer using a glue applicator on the base cloth, controlling glue thickness and maintaining a steady application speed. Glue should be applied on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adapt the drying time based on real-time temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Typically, a 10 to 30-minute waiting period post-gelatinization is ideal, when the glue is almost dry and not tacky to touch. During bonding, precisely align the surfaces in one go; avoid repositioning post-application.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear away any surface debris. Employ a rubber hammer to press from the center outward, ensuring full contact and a robust bond.
