1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Before bonding, meticulously clean the turf bottom and interface cloth to ensure they are dry and free from any moisture, setting the perfect foundation for a strong adhesion.
1.2 Aim for an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal results. Avoid working in rainy or mildew-prone conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or failure to adhere.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue: Utilize a glue applicator to uniformly coat the surface without double applications to avert bubbling or detachment. Control glue thickness carefully for both surfaces to be joined, and apply at a consistent pace.
2.2. Viscosity: Adjust drying times based on the ambient temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, gelation occurs within 10 to 30 minutes, reaching a non-tacky stage. Ensure precise alignment during bonding, as repositioning is not advisable once contact is made.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to apply pressure from the center outwards, ensuring a compact and durable bond.
2.4, Curing: Allow the bond to cure over three days, achieving full strength in ten days. During this period, protect the area from extreme conditions such as exposure, flooding, or unnecessary movement to secure optimal adhesion.
2.5. Avoid adding quartz sand and rubber particles to the bonded turf to maintain integrity.
