1.1 It is crucial to thoroughly clean the turf bottom and interface cloth that require bonding, ensuring the surface is impeccably dry and devoid of moisture.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal results. Avoid rainy and damp conditions to prevent extended bonding time or potential non-adhesion issues.

2. The detailed construction process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to ensure a uniformly thick coating. Repeated gluing can cause bubbling or detachment. Ensure the bottom cloth is coated evenly, with precise control of glue thickness and speed. Glue should be applied on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, the glue should be nearly dry and non-tacky to the touch. Ensure precise one-time alignment during bonding and avoid repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear away debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to secure the bond from the center outward, ensuring the surfaces meet fully and firmly.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing takes three days, reaching final strength in ten days. During this period, protect the bond from exposure, water, and movement to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5 Avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles after adhesion is complete.
