1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 To achieve a flawless bond, ensure that both the turf base and interface cloth are meticulously cleaned and completely dry, eliminating any trace of moisture.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal results. Avoid constructing in rainy or damp weather conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or potential failure in adhesion.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue: Utilize the glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coating on the surface. Avoid multiple applications as this can lead to bubbling or detachment. Precisely control glue thickness on the bottom cloth, and apply glue efficiently on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity: Consider temperature, humidity, and air pressure to regulate drying time wisely. Typically, within 10 to 30 minutes, the glue will be nearly dry to the touch, facilitating optimal adhesion. Ensure a one-time precise alignment during bonding to prevent repositioning.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear all debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the center outwards, ensuring complete contact and enhanced adhesion stability.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing spans three days, with peak adhesive strength reached in ten days. During this period, safeguard the surface from exposure, water, and movement to secure perfect adhesion.
2.5. Prevent any quartz sand or rubber particle interference post-bonding for a seamless finish.
