1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning the turf bottom and interface cloth intended for bonding, ensuring the surfaces are impeccably dry and free from any moisture.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature exceeding 5°C, avoiding construction during rainy or mildew-prone weather to prevent prolonged bonding times or non-adhesion issues.

2. Detailed Step-by-Step Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to evenly distribute a uniform thickness of adhesive without overlap, to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply adhesive to both surfaces for a secure bond, controlling thickness meticulously.
2.2. Viscosity Management: Adjust drying times based on the ambient temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Generally, after 10 to 30 minutes, the glue should be eight or nine parts dry with a non-sticky touch. Align the adhesive in one attempt without repositioning the bonded surfaces.
2.3. Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear any debris, and use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding site outward, ensuring full contact and secure adhesion.
2.4. Curing Phase: Allow the bond to cure over three days, achieving full strength in ten days. Throughout curing, maintain conditions to avoid exposure, flooding, or movement, ensuring optimal adhesion.
2.5. Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles interfere with bonding post-application.
