2. The specific construction process includes meticulous attention to detail:
2.1 Glue: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness across surfaces without double-application to prevent bubbling or detachment. The bottom cloth requires precise glue application, controlling thickness and speed for optimal adhesion on both surfaces.
2.2 Viscosity: Adjust according to environmental factors like temperature, humidity, and air pressure, managing drying time judiciously. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, the glue becomes predominantly dry, necessitating precise one-time alignment during bonding to avoid repositioning.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear debris and employ a specialized rubber hammer from the center outward, ensuring comprehensive surface contact and enhanced adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing spans three days, with full strength achieved in ten days. During this period, safeguard against exposure, flooding, or movement to attain optimal adhesion.
2.5 Note: Refrain from bonding quartz sand and rubber particles post-bonding to maintain integrity.
