1.Construction Instructions for Turf Adhesion
1.1 For optimal adhesion, ensure the turf base and interface cloth are meticulously cleaned and perfectly dry, devoid of any moisture.
1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C for construction. Avoid rainy or mildew-prone weather as it may prolong bonding time or result in bonding failures.

2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick layer. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. The bottom cloth should be coated with controlled glue thickness, ensuring a balanced speed. Apply glue to both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Generally, allow 10-30 minutes until the glue is 80-90% dry and non-sticky to the touch. Ensure precise alignment during the initial bonding to avoid repositioning.
2.3. Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris. Use a specialized rubber hammer along the bonded area for thorough, firm surface contact, ensuring enhanced durability.
2.4. Curing: Typically, curing takes three days, achieving full strength within ten days. Protect the area from exposure, water, and movement during this phase to ensure peak adhesion.
2.5. Note: Do not apply quartz sand or rubber particles during and immediately after the bonding process.
