1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning the turf bottom and interface cloth that needs bonding, ensuring that both surfaces are dry and entirely free of moisture.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal results. Avoid construction during rainy or damp weather to prevent prolonged bonding times or potential adhesion failure.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coating. Avoid repeated gluing to prevent bubbling or detachment issues. Control the glue thickness meticulously, and ensure a consistent and appropriate speed for application across both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust the drying time according to the prevailing temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post gelatinization, the glue should be 80-90% dry and non-tacky to touch. Ensure accurate alignment during bonding, as repositioning post-adhesion is not feasible.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear away any surface debris, then use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding site outwards. This ensures complete surface contact and reinforces the bond's firmness.
2.4 Curing: Allow a standard curing period of three days, with full strength achieved in ten days. Protect the bonded area during curing from exposure, flooding, and movement to attain optimal adhesion.
2.5. After bonding, avoid incorporating quartz sand and rubber particles.
