2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Adhesive Application: Use a glue applicator to evenly coat the surface. Avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply glue with precision on both surfaces to be bonded, maintaining a consistent thickness and precise speed.
2.2 Viscosity: Adjust drying time according to temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Generally, allow 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization for optimal dryness. Ensure a one-time perfect alignment during bonding, avoiding any repositioning.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer from the bond outward to ensure maximum contact and firm adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing is three days, achieving full strength in ten days. During this period, protect the area from exposure, water, and movement to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.5 Post-bonding, ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles interfere with the bond.
