1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Ensure that the turf base and interface cloth to be bonded are thoroughly cleansed and spotless, with a surface that is completely dry and devoid of any moisture.
1.2 Choose ambient temperatures above 5 degrees Celsius for optimal results. Refrain from proceeding in rainy or humid weather as it could prolong bonding time or result in adhesion failure.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to achieve uniform coating thickness. Avoid repeated application to prevent bubbling or detachment. Ensure precise control of glue thickness on the bottom cloth, maintaining a suitable speed, and apply on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust based on current temperatures, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes post-gelation, 80-90% dryness is achieved. Ensure the adhesive is correctly aligned upon initial bonding, as repositioning is not advisable.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris. Utilize a specialized rubber hammer to work from the bonding point outward, ensuring a compact and secure bond.
2.4. Curing Period: Generally, expect a curing time of three days, with final strength achieved in ten days. During this phase, avoid exposure to sunlight, water, or movement to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.5. Note: Avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles post-bonding for best results.
