2. Step-by-step construction process:
2.1. Gluing: Utilize a glue applicator for a consistent coating thickness. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbles and ensure a secure bond. Control glue thickness meticulously and apply evenly on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity: Adjust the drying time based on temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes, the glue becomes tack-free. Align surfaces precisely upon initial contact as repositioning is not advisable.
2.3. Pressure: Clear debris, then use a specialized rubber hammer to compress the surfaces from the center outwards, ensuring thorough contact and a robust bond.
2.4. Curing: Allow three days for initial curing, with full strength reached in ten days. During this period, maintain optimal conditions and avoid exposure to elements or movement to achieve superior adhesion.
2.5. Refrain from adding quartz sand or rubber particles post-bonding to preserve the integrity of the adhesion.
