2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to ensure an even coating thickness, avoiding repeated gluing to prevent bubbles or detachment. Control glue thickness meticulously, apply properly on both bonding surfaces at a consistent speed.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust according to real-time conditions like temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, wait 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization until the glue is mostly dry and non-sticky. For optimal bonding, align adhesive surfaces precisely upon first contact.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris. Employ a special rubber hammer to firmly press bonding surfaces for enhanced contact and firmness.
2.4 Curing: Allow three days for the initial cure, reaching full strength in ten days. During this period, avoid exposure, flooding, or movement to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5 Note: Avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles after the adhesive process.
