1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 To ensure optimal adhesion, meticulously clean and dry the turf bottom and interface cloth before bonding. The surface must be entirely free of moisture.
1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C for construction. Avoid performing the installation in rainy or damp conditions, as this can prolong bonding time or result in poor adhesion.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue: Utilize a glue applicator to ensure an even coating thickness across the surface. Do not apply glue multiple times as this may cause bubbling or detachment. For the bottom cloth, precisely control glue thickness and adjust speed accordingly. Glue should be applied to both bonding surfaces.
2.2. Viscosity: Adjust drying time based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Generally, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to reach optimum dryness. Ensure the adhesive is aligned correctly upon initial contact, as repositioning is not recommended.
2.3 Pressure: After bonding, clear any debris and use a rubber hammer to secure the bond from the center to the edges, ensuring the surfaces are compactly joined for enhanced adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Allow a curing period of approximately three days, achieving full strength in about ten days. During this period, protect the area from exposure, flooding, or movement to attain peak adhesion quality.
2.5 Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles remain on the bonded surface post-installation.
