2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on real-time temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, within 10 to 30 minutes, the glue reaches optimal dryness, allowing for a seamless bond without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear any debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to ensure thorough surface contact and strong adhesion.
2.4 Curing Process: Standard curing takes three days, with full strength achieved in ten. During this period, maintain stability by avoiding exposure, flooding, or movement to ensure peak adhesion performance.
2.5 Note: Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles are present after bonding.
