1.1 To ensure a seamless finish, meticulously clean the turf backing and interface cloth that require adhesion. Ensure the surfaces are impeccably dry and devoid of moisture.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal results, avoiding rainy and humid weather conditions. Such conditions can significantly prolong bonding times and may result in adhesion failure.

2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coating. Avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbling or detachment. Ensure a meticulous control of glue thickness and apply the glue on both bonding surfaces with precision.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying times based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes post-application for gelatinization, ensuring the glue reaches an optimal tack-free state before bonding. Achieve perfect alignment on the first attempt without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear any surface debris. Use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding center outward, ensuring a compact and secure bond.
2.4 Curing Process: Generally, curing takes about three days with full strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect the area from exposure, moisture, and movement to ensure superior adhesion.
2.5 Avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles to the turf after adhesion.
