2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Apply glue uniformly using a specialized applicator to maintain a consistent thickness. Avoid reapplication to prevent bubbling or detachment. Use an applicator on the bottom cloth, controlling glue thickness, and applying at an appropriate speed to both bonding surfaces.
2.2. Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to become tacky and nearly dry, ensuring a non-sticky touch. During bonding, align the adhesive precisely without repositioning.
2.3. Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris. Use a specialized rubber hammer to apply firm pressure from the bonding point outwards, ensuring a tight and robust adhesion.
