1.2 Select an ambient temperature exceeding 5°C to bolster the adhesion process. It is advisable to avoid construction activities during rainy or damp conditions, which may hinder bonding efficiency or lead to non-adhesion challenges.

2. The comprehensive construction process encompasses the following meticulous steps:
2.1. Glue Application: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness. Refrain from multiple applications as they can cause bubbling and detachment. Precision is key when gluing the bottom cloth, managing both the thickness and application speed. Ensure glue covers both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity Management: Delicately balance temperature, humidity, and air pressure to regulate drying times. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to attain an ideal semi-dry condition. Achieve bonding in a single alignment, avoiding any repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear the surface of debris. Utilize a specialized rubber hammer to work from the bonding point outward, ensuring full contact and a resilient bond.
2.4. Curing Process: The curing phase generally spans three days, leading to full adhesive strength within ten days. It is critical to shield the site from exposure, moisture, and movement during this time to secure optimal adhesive quality.
2.5. Note: Post-adhesion, avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles.
