1.2 Select an ambient temperature exceeding 5°C for construction. Avoid rainy or humid conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or bonding failure.

2. Step-by-Step Construction Process:
2.1. Application of Glue: Use a glue applicator for a uniform coating. Avoid repeated gluing to prevent bubbling or adhesion failure. Apply glue evenly on both bonding surfaces using the applicator with careful control of thickness and speed.
2.2. Setting Time: Adjust the drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Allow 10-30 minutes for partial drying; ensure the glue is tack-free. Align precisely on first contact during bonding, avoiding repositioning.
2.3. Applying Pressure: Use a rubber hammer to press from the bonded center outwards, ensuring complete surface contact for a secure bond.
2.4. Curing: Allow a three-day curing period for initial bonding strength, reaching full strength after ten days. Avoid exposure to elements and movement during this time to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.5. Refrain from adding quartz sand or rubber particles post-bonding.
