1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Ensure that both the turf bottom and interface cloth are meticulously cleaned and devoid of moisture. The surfaces must be thoroughly dry to ensure optimal adhesion.
1.2 An ambient temperature above 5°C is crucial for successful installation. Avoid working in rainy or humid conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or adhesion failure.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Application of glue: Utilize a glue applicator to maintain a uniform coating thickness. Avoid reapplying glue as it may cause bubbles or detachment. The bottom cloth should be glued with precision; manage glue thickness carefully, apply evenly across both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Achieving the right viscosity: Adjust based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post-application, the glue should predominantly dry without tackiness. Align adhesives accurately on first attempt to avoid repositioning after bonding.
2.3 Apply pressure: After bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the contact point outward, ensuring firm and complete adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Expect a three-day curing period for initial strength; full adhesive strength develops in ten days. Protect bonded areas from environmental stressors such as sunlight, water, and movement to achieve optimal results.
2.5 Post-bonding, avoid applying quartz sand and rubber particles.
