1.2. Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal results. Avoid installation during rainy or humid conditions to prevent extended bonding times or adhesiveness issues.
2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness on both surfaces to be bonded. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbles or detachment. For the base fabric, control the glue thickness precisely, and adjust the speed of application to ensure proper linkage.
2.2. Viscosity: Tailor the drying time based on real-time temperature, humidity, and air pressure. After 10 to 30 minutes, the glue should be mostly dry and non-tacky. Ensure accurate alignment during the one-time bonding process, avoiding repositioning after contact.
2.3. Pressure: Post-bonding, clear away debris, then use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the center outwards, securing firm surface contact and solid bonding.
2.4. Curing: Typically, curing takes three days, achieving full strength in about ten days. During this phase, maintain the area by avoiding exposure to harsh elements to ensure premium adhesion.
2.5. Ensure no quartz sand or rubber granules are added post-bonding.
