1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C. Avoid construction during rainy or humid conditions, as this can extend bonding time or cause adhesion issues.

2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator for uniform coating thickness. Avoid repeated application to prevent bubbling or detachment. Precisely control glue thickness and speed for optimal bonding across both surfaces.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to become tacky. Achieve a one-time alignment without repositioning for effective adhesion.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer from the bond point outward to ensure full contact and secure adhesion.
2.4 Curing Process: Standard curing takes three days, with full strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect from exposure, flooding, and movement to ensure optimal bond strength.
2.5 Post-Bonding: Do not introduce quartz sand or rubber particles immediately after bonding.
