1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C for installation, and avoid rainy or mildew-prone weather to prevent prolonged bonding times or bonding failures.
2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Gluing: A uniform thickness of glue should be applied using a glue applicator without repetition to prevent bubbling or detachment. Ensure precision in the thickness and speed of application on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity: Control the drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Generally, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to become tack-free, achieving eight to nine tenths dryness. Precisely align and adhere once, avoiding repositioning post-adhesion.
2.3 Pressure: After adhesion, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer from the bond center outward to ensure full contact and enhance firmness.
2.4 Curing: Curing typically takes three days, with ultimate strength achieved at ten days. During this phase, protect the area from exposure, flooding, and movement for optimal adhesion.
2.5 Refrain from adding quartz sand or rubber particles during and immediately after bonding.
