2. The precise construction process is as follows:
2.1. Gluing: Utilize the glue applicator to apply a uniformly thick layer of adhesive across the surface. Avoid reapplication to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply glue to the bottom cloth evenly, controlling the thickness and maintaining a steady coating speed. Ensure adhesive is applied on both bonding surfaces.
2.2. Viscosity: Consider the effects of temperature, humidity, and air pressure to manage drying time effectively. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for gelatinization. When the adhesive is mostly dry, it should be non-sticky. Align accurately for a one-time bond; avoid repositioning after initial contact.
2.3 Pressure: After bonding, clear any debris from the surface. Utilize a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bond outwards, ensuring complete contact and a more robust attachment.
2.4. Curing: Standard curing time is about three days, with full strength achieved in ten days. During curing, maintain the area, avoiding sun exposure, water, or movement to ensure optimal adhesion.
