1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Ensure an immaculate and pristine surface by meticulously cleaning the turf bottom and interface cloth that require bonding. The surface should be dry and devoid of any moisture.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C. Avoid construction during rainy or damp conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or adhesion failures.

2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to ensure a uniformly thick coating. Avoid reapplying, as this can cause bubbling or detachment. Use the applicator for the bottom cloth, controlling glue thickness and applying at a consistent speed on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust the drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10-30 minutes for gelatinization until the glue is dry to the touch. Ensure precise alignment of adhesive surfaces during bonding, avoiding repositioning afterwards.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear any debris and use a rubber hammer to ensure full contact and firm bonding from the center outwards.
2.4 Curing: Generally, curing takes three days, reaching full strength in ten. Protect from exposure, flooding, and movement during this time to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5 Note: Quartz sand and rubber particles should not be bonded post-adhesion.
