2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post-application, the adhesive should be mostly dry and non-tacky to touch. Achieve perfect alignment during bonding without repositioning for optimal results.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear away debris and use a specialized rubber hammer from the bond outward, ensuring comprehensive contact and stronger adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Allow three days for initial cure and up to ten days for final strength. During this period, maintain the surface by avoiding exposure, water damage, or movement to achieve superior adhesion.
