1.1 To ensure an impeccable bond, it is essential to meticulously clean the turf bottom and interface cloth that require adhesion. Make sure the surface is dry and completely free from any moisture.
1.2 Select an optimal ambient temperature exceeding 5°C for installation. Avoid proceeding in rainy or mildew-inducing weather conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or potential adhesion failures.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness. Avoid repeated applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Use the applicator on the bottom cloth, managing glue thickness diligently and applying it swiftly and evenly on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity: Adjust drying time according to the influence of temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Generally, 10 to 30 minutes after gelatinization, the glue achieves an optimal tackiness where it is dry to touch. During bonding, ensure precise alignment for a flawless adhesion without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear surface debris and use a specialized rubber hammer, striking from the center outwards for thorough contact. This ensures a more robust and durable bond.
2.4 Curing: Curing typically spans three days, with final strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect the area from exposure, flooding, and movement to attain optimal adhesion.
2.5 Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles interfere post-bonding for a seamless finish.
