2. The Detailed Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness across the surfaces. Avoid multiple applications, which can lead to bubbling or detachment. Use the applicator for the base cloth, strictly controlling glue thickness and ensuring an appropriate application speed for even coverage on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust the drying time according to prevailing conditions such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to set, achieving a non-tacky touch at about 80-90% dryness. During bonding, ensure precise initial alignment and avoid repositioning the adhesive once applied.
2.3. Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris and use a specialized rubber hammer, starting from the bonding point and working outward, to achieve full surface contact and enhanced bonding strength.
