2. The Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Apply a consistent, thick coat of glue using the applicator. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. The base cloth needs careful thickness control. Ensure both surfaces are appropriately coated, maintaining a steady application pace.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust for environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure to determine optimal drying time. Generally, allow 10 to 30 minutes after gelatinization, achieving nearly full dryness with no tackiness. Align surfaces accurately during bonding since repositioning is not viable post-contact.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear the surface of any debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to apply firm pressure from the bonding point outward. This ensures full contact and maximizes adhesion strength.
2.4 Curing Process: The standard curing period is three days, achieving full strength in around ten days. During curing, avoid exposure, moisture, or movement to ensure supreme adhesion quality.
