2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Employ the glue applicator for an evenly distributed coating surface. Avoid reapplication to prevent bubbling or dislodging. The glue applicator should be used on the bottom cloth; manage the glue thickness meticulously and adjust the application speed appropriately. Glue should be applied to both surfaces intended for bonding.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adapt to current temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions to determine the ideal drying time. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the adhesive to reach 80-90% dryness, resulting in a non-sticky touch. When bonding, align the adhesive in one attempt without repositioning the surfaces.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear any debris from the surface. Use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding edge outward, ensuring complete surface contact for a firm adherence.
2.4 Curing Process: The standard curing period is three days, with full adhesive strength achieved in ten days. During this period, maintain the surface by avoiding exposure to elements, flooding, or moving to secure an optimal adhesion state.
2.5 Note that quartz sand and rubber particles should not adhere post-bonding.
