1.2 Choose ambient conditions meticulously. The temperature should always be above 5°C, and construction should be avoided during rainy or damp weather conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or adhesion failure.

2. The precise construction process includes:
2.1 Application of glue: Utilize a glue applicator for an evenly spread coating, avoiding multiple applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Carefully manage the glue thickness on the base cloth, ensuring a smooth, single-time coating on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity control: Adapt to the specific temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. Typically, allow the glue to set for 10-30 minutes until it reaches an optimal non-tacky state. During bonding, align the surfaces perfectly in one try to avoid repositioning.
2.3 Pressure application: Post-bonding, clear away any surface debris, and use a specialized rubber hammer to ensure even, firm contact across the bonded surface, enhancing the adhesive strength.
2.4 Curing time: Typically spans three days for initial curing, with full strength achieved in ten days. During this phase, safeguard the surface from exposure, flooding, or movement to attain optimal bonding results.
2.5 Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles are present on the bonded surface post-adhesion.
