1.1 Ensure that the turf bottom and the interface cloth to be bonded are meticulously cleaned and thoroughly free of moisture, leaving a dry and pristine surface to work with.
1.2 Conduct the installation when the ambient temperature is consistently above 5°C. Avoid rainy or damp conditions to prevent prolonged bonding time or issues with adhesion.

2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness without reapplying over the same area. This prevents bubbling and ensures a solid bond. Apply glue on both surfaces to be joined, maintaining control over the glue thickness and coating speed.
2.2 Viscosity: Consider temperature, humidity, and air pressure to adjust drying time effectively. Typically, after 10-30 minutes, the glue reaches optimal dryness with no stickiness. Ensure a precise, one-time alignment without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: After bonding, clear surface debris and use a dedicated rubber hammer to press from the center outward, ensuring thorough contact and a robust bond.
2.4 Curing Process: Allow a curing period of approximately three days, with full bond strength achieved in about ten days. Protect from elements like sunlight and water to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.5 Post-Bonding Precautions: Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles are incorporated immediately after bonding to maintain the integrity of the bond.
