2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator for a uniform coating thickness. Avoid repeated applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Pay close attention to the glue thickness on the bottom cloth and ensure proper glue speed. Glue should be applied to both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time considering temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes of gelatinization, the glue is about 80-90% dry and non-tacky to the touch. During bonding, achieve precise alignment on the first attempt; avoid repositioning after adhesion.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, eliminate any surface debris. Firmly press with a specialized rubber hammer from the center outwards to ensure complete and robust surface contact.
2.4, Curing Process: Standard curing time is three days, reaching full strength in about ten days. During this period, protect the installation from exposure, flooding, and movement to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5. Note: Do not apply quartz sand or rubber particles immediately after bonding.
