2.2 Viscosity Handling: Adjust drying time based on real-time temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions. Typically, wait 10-30 minutes post-gelatinization until the glue feels almost dry. Precise alignment during bonding is crucial; avoid repositioning once attached.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bond center outward, ensuring full surface contact and enhanced bond strength.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing time is three days, with optimal strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect the turf from exposure, water, and movement to ensure maximum adhesion.
2.5 Ensure no quartz sand or rubber particles are added post-bonding for optimal results.
