1.2 Conduct construction when the ambient temperature exceeds 5 degrees. Avoid rainy or mildew-prone weather to prevent prolonged bonding time or the risk of non-adhesion.
2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Gluing: Utilize a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness. Avoid repeated gluing to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply glue on both surfaces to be bonded, ensuring precision in thickness and speed.
2.2 Viscosity: Adapt drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes, the glue reaches optimal dryness-eight or nine parts dry, with a non-sticky touch. Align adhesive accurately during bonding; repositioning post-glue is not recommended.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear away any surface debris. Employ a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding site outward, ensuring comprehensive contact and enhanced adhesion strength.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing spans three days, achieving peak strength in ten days. During this phase, maintain care with no exposure to elements, submersion, or movement, ensuring optimal adhesion.
2.5 After bonding, refrain from using quartz sand and rubber particles.
