1.Construction Instructions for Turf Adhesion
1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning the turf bottom and the interface cloth that require bonding. Ensure that every surface is pristinely dry and free of any lingering moisture for optimal adherence.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for construction. Avoid conducting installation in rainy or high-humidity conditions, as these can prolong bonding times or even result in a lack of adhesion altogether.
 

2. The Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to evenly distribute a uniform layer of adhesive across the surface. It is crucial to avoid over-glueing, as this can lead to bubbling or detachment. Ensure precise control over the glue thickness; maintain an optimal coating speed. Remember to apply the adhesive to both surfaces destined for bonding.
2.2 Tack Time: Adjust drying time in accordance with the current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, the adhesive achieves an optimal tackiness within 10 to 30 minutes post-application, allowing it to dry to a touchable, non-sticky state. During bonding, ensure precise alignment on the first attempt, as repositioning is not advised.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear any surface debris. Employ a specialized rubber hammer to press from the bonding point towards the edges, ensuring a full and firm contact that enhances adhesion strength.
