2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize an applicator for even glue distribution; avoid reapplication to prevent bubbling or detachment. Properly apply glue to both bonding surfaces, ensuring the right speed for adhesive application.
2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and pressure. Typically, allow 10-30 minutes for the glue to become tack-free, ensuring a precise single-time alignment during adhesion.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a rubber hammer to ensure firm contact and enhanced adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Typical curing spans three days, reaching full strength in ten days. Maintain conditions to avoid exposure, water, and movement for optimal adhesion.
2.5. After bonding, do not apply quartz sand or rubber particles.
