1.Guidelines for Seamless Turf Adhesion
1.1 Ensure the turf base and interface cloth are thoroughly cleaned and dried, with no moisture present. This is crucial for successful bonding.
1.2 Conduct construction when the ambient temperature exceeds 5°C. Avoid rainy or damp conditions, as they can prolong bonding time or cause adhesion failures.

2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Evenly apply glue using a specialized applicator. Avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbling or peeling. Control the glue thickness carefully and apply to both bonding surfaces.
2.2. Viscosity: Adapt drying time based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, wait 10 to 30 minutes after applying the glue until it reaches optimal tackiness. Ensure precise alignment upon bonding, as repositioning is not recommended.
2.3 Pressure: After bonding, clear surface debris and use a rubber hammer to press from the bond outwards, ensuring full contact and a secure bond.
2.4, Curing: Allow a curing period of about three days for initial setting, with full strength achieved in roughly ten days. Protect from exposure and movement to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.5. Note: Avoid applying quartz sand and rubber particles immediately after bonding.
