2. The specific construction process - Achieve perfect adhesion with our step-by-step process, tailored for precision and reliability.
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator for a uniform coating thickness. Refrain from applying glue multiple times to prevent bubbling or detachment. Execute glue application on both surfaces to be bonded with controlled speed.
2.2. Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for gelatinization. Ensure the glue achieves a tack-free state before aligning and bonding surfaces.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris and use a rubber hammer from center to edges to ensure full contact and robust adhesion.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing spans three days with full strength in ten days. During this period, protect the bond from exposure, moisture, and movement for optimal adhesion results.
