1.1 To ensure a seamless bond, it is imperative to meticulously cleanse both the base of the turf and the interfacing cloth, ensuring a dry and moisture-free surface for optimal adhesion.
1.2 The ambient conditions are crucial; choose days with a temperature above 5°C, steering clear of rainy or humid weather to prevent elongated bonding times or potential non-adhesion issues.

2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniform coating thickness on the surface. Avoid applying glue repetitively, as this can lead to bubbling or detachment. For the bottom cloth, carefully control glue thickness and apply with precision, ensuring an appropriate speed and coverage on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Adjusting Viscosity: Account for variables such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure to regulate drying time. Typically, wait 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, until the glue is mostly dry to the touch. During bonding, achieve a precise one-time alignment, avoiding any repositioning post-application.
2.3 Applying Pressure: After bonding, clear away any surface debris. Utilize a specialized rubber hammer to gently press from the center outwards, ensuring complete contact and a robust bond.
2.4 Curing Process: Typically, curing spans three days, with full strength attained in ten. During this phase, avoid exposure to elements, moisture, or movement to optimize adhesion.
2.5 Refrain from applying quartz sand and rubber particles until the bonding process is completed.
