1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 To achieve perfect adhesion, ensure that the turf base and interface cloth to be bonded are impeccably clean and free from any moisture or dirt. A dry surface is essential for optimal results.
1.2 Choose days with temperatures above 5 degrees Celsius for construction. Avoid undertaking such tasks in rainy or damp conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times and ensure successful adhesion.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue: It is crucial to uniformly apply glue using a glue applicator over the surface with a consistent thickness. Refrain from applying glue repeatedly to avoid the risk of bubbling or peeling. Utilize a glue applicator for the bottom cloth, meticulously controlling the glue's thickness and maintaining an even speed during application. Ensure the glue is applied to both surfaces intended for bonding.
2.2 Viscosity: Adjust the drying time based on the ambient temperature, humidity, air pressure, and other conditions. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes of gel formation, the glue becomes mostly dry to the touch and non-sticky. When ready to bond, align the adhesive precisely in one go, avoiding any repositioning once it contacts the bonded surface.
2.3 Pressure: Post-adhesion, clear away any surface debris. Employ a specialized rubber hammer to gently tap from the bonding point outwards, ensuring the surfaces are compactly and firmly bonded.
2.4 Curing: The curing period generally spans three days, with full strength reached in about ten days. Ensure proper maintenance during this time by protecting the area from exposure, moisture, and movement to achieve optimal adhesion strength.
2.5 No quartz sand or rubber particles should be added after the bonding process is complete.
