2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coating on the surface. Avoid reapplication to prevent bubbling or detachment. The bottom cloth also requires a consistent glue spread; manage the thickness, speed of application, and ensure glue contacts both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2. Viscosity: Adjust the drying time considering temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, the glue should be 80-90% dry with a non-sticky touch. Bonding necessitates a precise one-time alignment; refrain from repositioning once in place.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear debris from the surface. Use a specialized rubber hammer, working from the bond's center outwards, to ensure complete surface contact and reinforce the bond's strength.
