2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to ensure a uniform coating thickness. Avoid applying glue multiple times to prevent bubbling or detachment. Precisely control the glue thickness on the cloth, and apply glue to both bonding surfaces at a consistent speed.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adapt drying times based on current temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for the glue to reach an optimal dry state, where it feels tack-free. Ensure the adhesive alignment is perfect in one go, as adjustments post-bonding are not advisable.
2.3 Pressure Application: Once bonded, clear away debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to firmly press the surfaces, promoting complete contact and robust adhesion.
