2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator for an even coat, avoiding repeated applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply glue to both bonding surfaces with controlled thickness and appropriate speed.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10-30 minutes, the glue should be non-sticky to the touch, indicating readiness for bonding. Bond surfaces with precision alignment, avoiding repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to ensure a compact, secure bond.
2.4 Curing: Allow for a curing period of three days, with final strength achieved in ten days. Maintain proper conditions by avoiding exposure, flooding, or movement to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.5 Note: Avoid bonding of quartz sand and rubber particles after adhesion.
